Full Metabolic and Blood Lactate Bike or Run Fitness Test -
£120 (£99 for re-tests and special rates of £75 for clubs testing 3-4 in 1 day)
This test is designed for the athlete that wishes to take away any guesswork and assess where their limiters are whilst working out their unique heart rate / power and pace zones are to make every training session purposeful and specific instead of training in the dark.
The test will show any area of weaknesses, so that they can fine tune their training to the highest level and maximise their racing performance.
If you wish to know how many calories you burn, how much fat you are utilising, how much power you are pushing at every heart rate and much more... then this the fitness test as used my professioanl athletes is the way to go.
Please note we fine tune the test around the athlete based on their sport and distance to be as specific as we can.
All athlete's are encouraged to get re-tested, especially if workin with a coach as you can expect your metabolism, training zones in heart rate, pace and power to change as you g fitter. If you keep using the same zones you may well be using old zones from when you were less fit. This is very common mistake so many athlets make through the season!
You will recieve 9 reports of data from your fitness test that will give you a unique insight int what is really going on inside your body and how you can maximise your training as you will know exactly where your strengths are, but more importantly where your limiters / weaknesses lie also.

Individual Approach
We realise that everyone is unique and individual and design training programmes based around the individuals work and lifetsyle. 
Be honest with yourself when providing us with your information as this is the key in realising your goals. Many athletes like overestimating how many hours they have available to train and many feel more hours are better. There is so much hocus pocus and unrealistic training hours written in magazine  articles, on forums and by word of mouth! If you can only train 6-10hrs a week and still want to do that Ironman race... then be honest! Specificty is the key in training!
 
Please note that we are full time coaches and as such take time every day infine tuning all clients programmes through email, TrainingPeaks, Facebook, Twitter, Text, phone, skype and face to face. If your lucky enough to live nearby or come along to my Spinning classes each week, then you have extra free time with me as well!
To make the bronze, silver and gold coaching packages easier to understand, you are simply paying for my time and interaction with you and the time to analyse data and offer feedback. Everyone still gains all my expertise and knowledge and recieves the same level of service and fantastic training programme. So just think about the interaction and how high your goals are to what coaching package you really need.
