Our training camp is suitabl for all levels of triathlete and cyclist and we never leave anyone behind on any training session. Each athlete can do as much or as little as they please with the onus on having fun and enjoying your holiday being of the utmost of importance to us.

Group leaders will lead each ride and we will have a full back up should you have any problems along the way.

Cycle maps will be provided of each route and every athlete can extend if they wish to train more... or cut short if you wish to ride shorter.

Our chalet hosts will provide you with mouth watering meals starting with a hearty breakfast and 3 course evening meal, and tempt you with home made cakes in the afternoon with tea and coffee provided throughout your stay.

Accommodation is 5stars and everything is provided for you so that you simply turn up, relax, unwind and do whatever you wish to do. Train hard... relax easy! Take in the breathtaking views from the veranda over your morning coffee or anytime you please!

 

With so many Tour de France climbs and routes from our doorstep you can be assured of amazing rides, spectacular scenery andmny memorable memories to take home with you.

 

Swimming will take place in a stunning lake surrounded by mountin scenery and in th local 25m outdoor swimming pool. The essions will be coached so you can be assured of receiving individual attention as and when needed during your holiday.

 

Running will be on the local trails and footpaths and away from the roads so that you do not fatigue your legs from the pounding of the pavement and roads. Although cycling and swimming will be the key to the training camp, the Ironman athlete's will always have the opportunities to 'go long' should they wish to near the nd of the training camp.
