Mark is a Master Spinning Instructor. He teaches people to become qualified Spinning Instructors, and coaches exsisting instructors in furthering their qualifications and experience through continuing education (workshops, lectures, master classes, national and international fitness events).

Since then, Michelle has now realised her ambition of also becoming a Master Instructor for the Spinning programme.
